Mr. Mariner meets Mad Dog Dodel

Mr. Mariner himself, Alvin Davis was in town to take a new job with the Mariners, throw out the first pitch in a game and be there for the Mariner's Hall of Fame induction of Dan Wilson and Randy Johnson. While in town he and his lovely wife Kim, stopped by to visit with their friends, the Snyder's. Kjersten was wonderful enough to make sure Alvin and Kim stopped in to meet and visit with Craig too. They are two of the most immensely love filled people I have met. They radiate God's love and compassion and I immediately fell in love with them.
While we were waiting for them I read Alvin's stats to Craig from Wikipedia. Being completely ignorant of baseball stats I asked Craig if a .280 batting average was good.  Craig wasn't having the best day yesterday, but not bad - he surprised me with a quick reply, "yah, that's REALLY good!"

Jesus continues to walk beside Craig and I on this path and blesses us daily in so many different ways.
Thanking God every day for the family members.

One of Craig's favorites - he has it hanging in his room.
