A room has opened up at another memory "care"!!

Craig will be moving in on Tuesday. 

I took him there on Friday and we stayed for hours visiting, meeting & spending time with residents. Craig even got to participate in a game of trivia. He didn't know any of the answers, he just really enjoys the socialization.

When we asked him what he thought of that place, he responded with "this is a good deal". 

He is excited to get moved in and start participating in all the brain enhancing activities. 

That place has a much more "home-like" feeling than the "hotel" feeling of Aegis. At Craig's stage of Alzheimer's, this will be much, much more comfortable for him. They will be able to monitor him much more closely. What a relief to know and feel confident that he is safe and well cared for. 

A BIG thank you to Andy, my brother Jeff, my son Keegan and niece Krista for all your help in moving Craig's things out of Aegis.
